Auto Lease "Cool Off Period"
If a lease agreement is signed and the next day the lessee is not comfortable with the terms and wants to return auto. Does one have the 3 day "Cool off" period.

Not unless the lease allows that. I think you might be thinking of the 3 day cooling off period that applies to certain home solicitation contracts. it does not apply to car leases.
