Legal Question in Business Law in California

Automobile Contract

If a contract is not perfectly accurate, meaning either somthing is not stated correctly or is on the wrong line is this contract legally binding.

For instance the contract states that their is a $1000.00 trade in and a $500 dollar down payment when infact their was a check for $1000.00 and a check for $500.00, for deposit at different times.
