Legal Question in Business Law in California
Automobile Dealership Didn't smog my car
I purchased a car car from a car dealership and I have had my temporary registration paper for longer than 90 days so I asked California DMV and they said my car wasn't smogged. I also was pulled over and cited for my car being too low and illegal modifications to the engine, such as an illegal air intake. So now i have to take my car to a state referee to get it inspected before i can legally drive it on the road. Is this the dealers Responsibility?

Seller smogs. Demand your money back, in writing please, or take 'em to small claims court.
