bad service
I hired a sale representive to present my fashion line,our agreement is he will present my line to the customer,I will paid him $2000.00 a month for 6 month.During this period I don't think he did anything,no phone call,I don't think he provided the service we agree with,can I sue him back for the money I paid for the service.

Ofcourse !!! for Breach of Contract, Common Count, Unjust Enrichment, etc. Are you sure in the Agreement there is no Arbitration Clause?
