Legal Question in Business Law in California
Bill has an uncle named Alex. Alex has an old car. Alex decides to buy a new car and give his new car to Bill. Alex tells Bill's brother that he is going to give his old car to Bill. Unfortunately, Alex's new car is stolen. Alex then decides to keep his old car. Is the car rightfully Bills?
