Legal Question in Business Law in California
I just bought a range hood from a guy and it's not working. I called him and ask for a refund. And he refuse for a refund. What can I do?

We would need to know more details, such as why he refuses to refund the money, what warranty it is under, etc. You could report him to the Better Business Bureau, dispute the charge with your credit card company if you charged it, sue him in small claims court.
