breach of contract consumer fraud
i'm wanting to find out about paint manufactures who fraudulently and intentionally misrepresent the quality of paint and sell the product to unknowing consumers. i am a medium to large sized painting contractor that has been informed,of a certain large paint co.that has defrauded my company by selling me 900 gallons of paint that is of a much lower quality than what i ordered and paid for. i have over whelming proof of this, as well as other unknowing victims of this swindling co. i,m also looking for an attorney or firm that has dealt with some kind of case like i described.preferrably an aggressive firm specalizing in consumer fraud. please e-mail me info on the above subject,and refer me to the proper legal help. this is a very brief description of this swindling company, i have alot info that will i discuss off-line. sincerly, worried about my job warranties i give my customers.
