Legal Question in Business Law in California

Breach of Contract

The repossession company repossessed a vehicle from a friend that has not paid me any money for the vehicle. How would I ask the judge to demand she surrender the keys and the CD magazine the repossession company allowed her to take? Am I allowed to do that? The repossession business did not and has not provided me with any documentation only verbally that no personal belongings are in vehicle and charged me for a blank key. I have nothing in writing to that fact that the debtor has the keys and the CD magazine missing. So, how do I ask the judge to make her give me the keys and the Magazine?

Re: Breach of Contract

In order to have access to a judge and make any requests for orders, the court musy have jurisdiction over the parties following the filing and service of a lawsuit (with minor exceptions not applicable here). So, your starting point would be to initiate a lawsuit. This sounds like a small-claims matter.
