breech of agreement
me and my husband sold our water bussiness to someone who from the beginning has defaulted signed and notorized contract what can i do without having to go to court. this individual states she has no money but she has to trucks where she sells tacos and other items that make her at least 800 a day that what she has told me and also she has a fulltime job where she makes 500 a week and she just purchased a home and is trying to buy another business she is doing all this for immigration purposes but shes just playing games and last she was trying to sell the water business without me knowing and hasnt even paid me in full

Without seeing the full agreement, and whether or not any documents were recorded, it is hard to say. Chances are, you will need to go to court to recover.
