Broken agreement
A web designer would not transfer my website to the server I'm paying for, saying it is not priority.
Is there anything that can be done?

Re: Broken agreement
Do you have a written contract with the web designer? Have you asked for the files so that you can do the FTP transfer yourself, or hire someone else to do it?
