Legal Question in Business Law in California
Broken Contract by Gym
What rights do I have if the Gym I go to breaks or deviates from their contract that I signed and pay monthly dues? Since their contract is not being met, I am affected by it. What can I do?

if it is anything more than a minor breach you can cancel the contract.

If the breach causes you enough financial harm to make it worth your while, you could bring an action for money damages in small claims court. This might be a real public service if the same kind of breach is affecting other gym members.
