giving girlfriend my business and drawing a weekly payckeck so State will not take mony out of my business account, I pay child support every MONTH and owe back child support. Im currant but owe 45,000 and pay arrages. in 2006 new law states than can levy anytime they want . state took $ 3000.00 out of my account on monday. what can I do to protect my income without doing any thing illegal

This isn't a business law question, so you may want to repost under Family law or some such similar category. I'm not sure how you can be current yet still owe back child support; that isn't current. Depending on value, gift to girlfriend may be taxable, and could potentially, depending on the circumstances, constitute a fraudulent transfer or violate other laws. Further, potential legal problems aside, not sure of the effectiveness - family law's not my area, but if you are receiving wages as an employee of the business, presumably the state will be able to access those funds, as well.
