Legal Question in Business Law in California

My Business name and possible infringments

Hello. I am starting a coffee shop that caters to consumers who seek organic foods. I have done some research and found that another company holds a similar name to mine. There is one word that is exactly the same and the others are different. As it example the other company name would read '' coral tree cafe'' and mine would read ''tree caffe.'' Is this something I should worry about? The name of my company is very generic and is not very specific. Please respond at your convenience.

Don't go looking for problems like this; find a new name that avoids this type of confusion because they will eventually threaten to sue you.
