Legal Question in Business Law in California
Business law question
26 years ago while in a private business school I created a business plan and business name for a business I planned to start. Two of the staff from the business school stole my business plan and name and started the business. Do I have any leg to stand on after all this time as far as recourse and taking action against these people?

Re: Business law question
Almost certainly the statute of limitations ran long ago. In most states, civil claims go out only as far as six years, and frequently less long than that.
