Still in Business
Can someone still get a business license in my name and even after we have been divorced and she kept the business from the divorce but still uses my name on the license? What can I do legally?

Contact the agency that issues the license and they'll be happy to tell you.

Send her a Cease and Desist letter and with a copy of that letter contact the agency who gave her the license.

Sent the notice to stop to carry on the business on the basis of license which stands in your name. Also sent copy of this notice to the agency/authority
