Business License Needed?
My stay-at-home wife wants to earn a little extra cash by making and selling baby hand/foot print ceramic items. Does she need to get a business license for this?

Depends on the applicable business license law(s). Generally, yes, but some places don't require business licenses. Go to the website for the city and county in which you live and look up the business license information - that should let you know what to do.
