Legal Question in Business Law in California
I have a business selling cookies via concession stands on festivals and fairs.
I like to sell Starbucks coffee products, espresso, cappucino etc., buying the Starbucks beans via Costco.
Than I advertise with the text on my cart: "we brew fresh Starbucks Coffee"
In small text ; " best bites bakery is not affilitated with the starbucks company"
We will not use their logo, we only will display the Starbucks coffee bags prominent.
Can I do this without getting in major problems ?

There is a significant risk. Starbucks' rights to protect its trade name include rights to control use of its trademark by downstream resellers. You could contact them and ask whether they disapprove, and/or whether you can become authorized.
