Legal Question in Business Law in California
Business Website Name/URL
When you have a business and want to get a website, does the web address/url has to be ''yourbusinessnamedotcom''? Can you name it something different without getting a ''Doing Business As'' certificate?

Re: Business Website Name/URL
You can use a URL that is not based upon your business name without having to file a DBA. You might have to do so for other reasons, but the URL alone wouldn't do it.
