Legal Question in Business Law in California
Bussiness Trial
If I loose a trial and I have to pay the other person. How is it done. Do I have to pay on the spot? Does the court take the money from my account? Or do I get to pay voluntarily?

Re: Bussiness Trial
You would pay within a reasonable time, and the other party would enter and give to you for recording a satisfaction of judgment. If you don't pay, they can levy against wages and bank accounts, and might take a debtor's examination under oath to discover your assets.
