Do I need to be a CA licensed contractor to sell/flip estimates for residential landscaping projects? Could I run these through a (mine) lead generating business and sell the estimates to 3rd party businesses? I would like to present a detailed estimate with expected profit margins. Actually its a separate license you would need to be a home improvement salesperson.
