CA LLC Managing Member
We want to switch the managing member of a CA LLC.
Where can I get the short and sweet document to define that switch?

If you are only changing the identity of a manager, use Form LLC-12. If you are changing the number of managers, you'll need to file both an LLC-2 and an LLC-12.
The forms, instructions for their use, and information about the filing fees are all available on the California Secretary of State's Web site at www.ss.ca.gov.
