Legal Question in Business Law in California
I am a CA notary and have a document that I would like to notarize for my husband. It states that the product his company produces is made correctly. Is this something that is ok to notarize by me.

You aren't notarizing the contents of the document. A notary merely affirms that the person signing the document is that actual person. You have no responsibility for anything stated in the document. In most cases, you probably shouldn't even have to reading any document you notarize.
