California Code concerning Flyering Cars

Hi there, I own a business in Ventura, CA and my employee told me that there's a law prohibiting us from flyering public parking lots. Is there a State law written that states this?

I am not aware of a state law, but there may be a local city/county ordinance regulating this activity. Perhaps another lawguru attorney in your area is familiar with the local rule. Sometimes the local chamber of commerce has this info readily available.
