Legal Question in Business Law in California

Would California consider a company that provides financial education and advice to be "rendering professional services"? California does not allow LLC's to render professional services. I am trying to decide whether to form a corporation or an LLC and this is my last remaining consideration. Thanks for your help.

The critical issue is whether you need a license from the State, so any type of professional services that may be lawfully rendered only pursuant to a license, certification, or registration authorized by the Business and Professions Code, the Chiropractic Act, the Osteopathic Act or the Yacht and Ship Brokers Act may not be rendered by an LLC.
