Legal Question in Business Law in California
If a California Corporation is suspended, how long will it stay suspended if no action is taken? Will it eventually be dissolved by the state?

Corporations I allowed to go "suspended" 35 years ago still show as suspended on the Secretary of State's Web site. Therefore, I'd say to the first question 35+ years and to the second question, no, or at least that it's unusual and takes a long time.
