In California, can I create for example Do All LLC (single member) and open DBA names like Do One A and Do One B under Do All LLC?

Yes, a California limited liability company can register and utilize one or more fictitious business names. Be sure to check availability of each name (for possible trademark infringement, etc.) and to follow your county's registration procedures.
