Legal Question in Business Law in California
In a California Non-Profit Public Benefit Corporation, governed by directors (designated by its members), can one person hold more than one director position? What Corporations Code section would have an answer to this? THANKS!

Not a Corporations Code issue. It would be governed by the bylaws of the corporation.
