California Online Buisiness Legal Stuff
Hi. If I wanted to start an Online Buisiness, that is selling stationary type items, what would the requirments be? Are there any permitts needed? Is there an age req? Need 2 know asap. thanks

You need to get a business license in your city as well as a state seller permit. Incorporating or doing a dba is an option that you have to decide based on the liability of what you are selling.
