Legal Question in Business Law in California

I was in a car accident where a car rear ended the bus i was the air bags in the guys car came out. i got a lawyer and he has been in talks with the insurance company. he told me he would send a release form like a month ago and i have got nothing. now i might have to move to AZ and i can't get a hold of my lawyer i should be in town for the next month or so. i have done a MRI and some physical therapy for my back. the accident was about a year ago can i change my lawyer to some one who cares about me??

Hopefully a complaint was filed before the one year was up or you may have lost your rights in the case. You can always hire and fire attorneys - the fired attorney may have a iien on your case for "work" he or she has done before being discharged. Talk to your attorney and see what's going on. You can also talk to a couple personal injury attorneys in your area for advice.
