Legal Question in Business Law in California
I took my car in to get fixed a few weeks ago. they charged me $700.00 and said it was the fuel pump. I get home and it's still doing the same thing it did before. I take it back. they keep it for 4 days and say they have no idea what it is!
so basically I paid them for nothing??? they said my fuel pump was old anyways, but still, it didn't NEED a new one. can I get my money back???

File a complaint with the Dept. of Consumer Affairs Bureau of Automotive Repair. The steps for doing that are laid out here: http://www.autorepair.ca.gov/01_ConsumerActivities/03_ReportingResolvingComplaints/index.html
