Legal Question in Business Law in California

Used Car Purchase

I purchased a used vehicle on Oct 23. The contract was either-or. My credit

union denied the loan within days, nothing was done about financing until

Nov 11, two more contracts signed, they refused to give me copies of the new

contracts. At that time I was informed no insurance was on the vehicle through

the dealer. They sent an ins. rep. to my home that evening, charged $300.00

to start ins. policy so I could drive to the dealership to sign the two new contracts. Please help. I thought they had 10 days to cancel the original contract (which is the only one I have a copy of). Would appreciate any advice

anyone has. Thanks

Re: Used Car Purchase

I am not sure what your question is? Did they cancel the deal? Do you want to cancel the deal? Until I know what you want to know I can't give you an answer. Why don't you email me with additional information and I will get back to you.

John
