Legal Question in Business Law in California
Car totaled?
What is the standard to determine whether a car is totaled or not? Under what statute or case law is this standard?
I don't trust insurance companies in making this determination. I would rather go off state law.

Re: Car totaled?
There is no statute or law for this. This is a question of fact, not law. As such, it is determined by expert opinion/testimony.
