Legal Question in Business Law in California
Over charged on used auto.
I bought a used 1998 car from a known used car dealer and found out the next day that I was charged the price of the car at its original ''new'' price...
Is this legal? Is there anything can I do?

Your question is little ambiguous. I'm not sure if you're complaining that he did not disclose the price or he did not disclose that the car was used. He is legally obligated to inform you that the car is used and he cannot sell it as a new car. As far as the price, he can sell it to you for any price he can get you to agree on. If he can get you to agree to buy it for ten times the new car price, he is allowed to do that.
