Child care breach of contract
I own a in home day care. Signed contract states 2 weeks notice is mandatory. Client is in our family and is pulling kids out with no notice.

What are your (monetary) damages? Is there something in your contract that states what damages will be if they do not give the 2 week notice?
Your best bet is to request the payment for the two weeks be paid. After that our only options are to do nothing or take them to small claims court (I can't imagine the amount due is more than $7,500).
