Can a Chiropractor in California own a Subchapter S corp. Would a LLC be a better choice?

You are better off going to a competent attorney who specializes in business formation, who can look at all the facts of your situation and advise you on your best course of action. A CPA may also be able to give you advice about the best type of entity for your tax situation. Making a poor choice can cost you money and expose you to liability.
