Legal Question in Business Law in California

Civil Court Docs

We are in the process of waiting the 90 period for a fraudulent lien on our home to expire (it will in approximately 40 days). We know we will have to go to civil court in order to have the lien ultimately removed as the person who put it on has already stated that and also it is our intent to also recover costs surrounding this. What is the paperwork we would need to get together in order to represent ourselves in court due to the fact that the cost of an attorney is out of our range right now and finding one that would be willing to work on a 'pay when win' type situation does not seem likely right now. Any help available on this?

JOHN GUERRINI THE GUERRINI LAW FIRM - COLLECTION LAWYERS

Re: Civil Court Docs

This firm handles petitions to expunge on a modified contingency basis. Costs must be deposited, but any attorneys' fees are payable only if we recover an award of fees and collect on it. You would need to wait until the lien is stale (i.e. greater than 90 days in age) before proceeding. Contact us if you wish to proceed.
