How can I stop a collection agency from calling for my daughter on my phone when she has moved out. They want me to give her phone number out. Please advise.

Re: Collection Agencies
You can tell them never to call you again and under the law, they have to stop doing it. If they don't, get as much info as you can, and see an attorney who can send a "cease and desist" letter and perhaps file a suit under the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act.
