Legal Question in Business Law in California
Company A(client) enters into a contract with Company B (vendor) for consultative services. Company B then decides to hire an independent contractor to performed the consultative services. After 2 years, Independent contractor then decides to terminate the contract between Company B and independant contractor. Several weeks later, Can Company A decide to hire independant contractor to perform the consultative services?

Nothing in this re-worded version of your earlier question would lead me to change my previous answer. California favors mobility of workers. Issues of breach of contract and inducement of breach may lurk, but maybe not.
