Legal Question in Business Law in California
a company (1) made a working agreement with another company (2) to utilize space, payed money, completeted refurbishing of building as agreeded. company 2 then locked company (1) out of the building refused entry or allow company (1) to remove it's equipment and inventory which put company (1) out of business. what is the recourse for company (1)
