Legal Question in Business Law in California
My old company sold to a new company, I did not retain my position with new comapny and they changed the name of the comany, that being siad the new comany is using my name in customer testimoanails and their new website. Please help

It would be nice to know whether or not you had a contract with the old company, or signed something granting the use of your likeness.
To me, it seems they are violating exceptions to the Anti-Competition laws enacted to protect the "good-will" of a company- that good will being your name and reputation which you worked for and earned. You may be entitled to penalty damages under the Unfair Business Practices Act (of up to $6,500 per day.)
