''What constitutes harrassment at work''

At the place I work, I called in sick and informed my supervisor. Less than 2 minutes, the director calls me at home trying to intimidate me and indirectly tell me im not sick. Is this harrassment? Then, after working a 4/12 shift, the director calls me to fill a shift and my wife answers the phone and tells him im sleeping. He demands she wake me up, but I was unable to wake up. Then the director calls again and leaves a message demanding i call him back. I didnt call. What are my rights? I'm salaried and being taken advantage of.

It is harrassment but that doesnt mean it is against the law. nothing you have described is illegal.
