Legal Question in Business Law in California
I'm looking for a contingency attorney. I want to sue Walmart pharmacy in Victorville, California, for emotional distress. I turned in my prescription, and was told I could not get it filled based on Medi-cal not accepting it. I was forced to go off my medication, for my bipolar disorder, and was very ill for 3 months. When I obtained a new prescription for my medication, Lithium Carb, it was immediately accepted at another pharmacy, CVS. I want to sue Walmart for my emotional distress/illness result. Are there any lawyers/attorneys near me that will take my case? I have emailed Walmart many times, and get ignored.

Sorry to hear about your illness, but I don't think you have a good case.
