Legal Question in Business Law in California
Contract / Agreement
I signed a contract for personal training and nutrition. In order to cancel the contract; it has to be within three days of the date it was signed. There is NO date anywhere on the agreement and yes, it's been more than three days, so can I legally cancel the contract and get my money back?

Re: Contract / Agreement
No. You had the right to cancel for three days, and those three days have passed. That the date is not printed in the contract does not change the analysis. The other side might have a harder time proving you waited more than three days than it would have had otherwise, but that does not mean you are free to cancel after the three-day period.
