Legal Question in Business Law in California
I have a contract to purchase goods and supply to a california city. The city had the majority of it shipped to them. 15 months later they requested the rest and we sent them an invoice for storage. Is this legal to charge for storage? Is their a time for when storage can begin?

Your question is a little hard to follow, but unless a fee for storage is provided for in a contract you are probably going to have a hard time collecting it.
