Any police officer who saw this contract would say you are pimps. Since the contract is for activity some of which is illegal, the contract itself is void. Whatever you put in writing will be held against you.
The proposed contract would not be upheld in any California court. Regardless of any drafting problems (and it appears to have a few), it is for an illegal purpose, and void.
You need to invest in a lawyer. You have several potential legal problems ahead of you. This site is not designed to take the place of an actual attorney-client relationship.
