Re: contract signed by a minor

Generally, an unemancipated minor is not competent to enter

into a contract, and can disown the contract (through a parent or guardian). But this may not

fully answer what would happen if the minor received most or all of the benefits

of the contract, and simply wishes after that to disown the obligation.
