Can you make a coorportion a partner to an llc or can you transfer an llc to an existing cooperation?

Yes, you can make such transfers.
The most important issues are tax-related. But there are other issues as well.

Technically, LLCs don't have partners. They have members. A corporation can be a member of an LLC, and an existing corporation can acquire an LLC by appropriate action and become its member or one of its members.
