Copyrights
Do I the right to sell an original (not illegal copy) of a copyrighted educational DVD? And, do I have a right to advertise such a sale? Is this a violation of the Digital Millenium Copyright Act?

Under the "first sale doctrine," if you buy a copy or recording of a copyrighted work, you are free to sell it to someone else. 23 U.S.C. 109(a),
