Corporate Bylaws
Good Morning:
I need to write Bylaws for my company we are a small C corporation set up in Nevada but operate in California. Should our Bylaws be set up under Nevada or California laws?

You have a NV company so that is the law that applies. Let us know if you want one of our attorneys to do this for you.

Nevada, since this is where you incorporated. Futhermore, Nevada law is generally more favorable to corps then California.
