Corporate dissolution
Does a corporation in a bankruptcy file dissolution papers with ca and federal form 966, the company will never operate again. I believe this was a chapter 7 bk, does the bk trustee file the dissolution?

I presume you are referring to a Chapter 7 liquidation of the corporate assets. The corporation would continue to exist on paper after the trustee liqidated the assets.
Completing the dissolution would be up to the board of directors after following the necessary steps under California law.
